'The trap in the word 'Russia'.

The director of joint-venture firm 'ROSMARKET' dirtly abused the Russian government. He came to our adviser's bureau when got letter from the duty inspection. The firm must to pay duty for use of the mark 'ROS...' for two last years. There was gigantic sum. The inspection contended "ROS..." as limited form from 'Rossia', i.e. was used of official name of the country.
We found one detail. The firm used name 'ROSMARKET' only. 'Rosmarket' or 'RosMarket' didn't was used. 'O'k!' Let contend 'ROSMARKET' is equal 'Regional Offers Service for Marketing'. The inspection didn't argued their variant.
The firm didn't paid heavy duty.
